I booked tickets directly with Thai Airways Brussels, departing June 23, 2020, 2 people from Brussels to Bangkok and back at the end of July. Flights canceled by Thai Airways. We immediately applied for a refund, to date without success. Yesterday we received an e-mail from an official body in Thailand to register as debt collectors (if we understood correctly), which we did.
