Everyone in Hua Hin knows them, unless you never go to the beach: the "Police Volunteer" on horseback. Friendly guys (as well as some women) who gallop up and down the beach, keeping an eye on things. To earn some money you can take a ride on their horse. Nothing wrong with that, but such an animal, like any earthly being, must of course get rid of its needs. The riders in question generally clean up the poop neatly in a plastic bag. That's very thoughtful of them, the unwary hiker will certainly appreciate this.

With great pleasure I read your blog daily, my question is I have been coming to Hua Hin for many years, usually from January – March. We enjoy taking long walks on the beach, but last year and also now we have to deal with high tide, so this is not possible.
