I have been at odds with the foreign tax authorities for an exemption for quite some time now. I pointed out to them in a letter that the court has repeatedly indicated in a ruling that it is not necessary to demonstrate that you pay tax in a country of residence. Now they want that court order from me. According to them, it does not exist.

My Thai ex-girlfriend took my land title deeds to a loan-shark to borrow money. She has borrowed 4 million Baht at an extortionate rate of 4% per month! My ex girlfriend thought she could pay the interest of 160.00 Baht per month on time, but she obviously didn't succeed! The loan-shark Lim then has the right to sell my land and house. I am in this situation now.

Back in the Netherlands, food for thought and also fulfilling my obligation to visit Mam's sister. With Mam kept in touch by email. Her sister visited and she was also very friendly and hospitable. After a while, contacts with Mam became difficult and very irregular.

Australian sentenced to death by court in Pattaya for murder
An Australian has been sentenced to death by the Pattaya Provincial Court for the 37 murder of 2015-year-old Wayne Schneider. Schneider was a fellow countryman and former member of the Hells Angels.
Our next bike ride goes north to Phetchaburi. Phetchaburi is one of the oldest provincial towns in Thailand, located slightly north of Hua Hin. The town you visit dates back to the eleventh century and is home to cultural highlights such as temples and the royal palace, which is located just outside the center of the town. Caves where 170 Buddha statues are set up and the main temple of Phetchaburi.
December 5 remains a national holiday in Thailand
The Thai government The cabinet has decided to maintain December 5, the birthday of the late King Bhumibol, as a national holiday.
