After the story on this blog about the counterfeit boeroboedoer I became completely curious about the "Chedi Hin Sai".
I have already visited the Boerobudo twice. I currently reside about 120km from Roi Et.

My Thai wife's father is almost 97 and is asking for more and more care. Are there good shelters in Bangkok? Or is there such a thing as home nursing? I hear possibilities both left and right, but as a falang you never know exactly how the fork is in the stem.

What about closing times in Thai nightlife?

In Phuket, quite a heated discussion has arisen about the closing times of bars, clubs and discos in the Patong entertainment center. About 14 days ago, a major action was launched by the police, whereby all entertainment venues had to close strictly at 1 am. Suddenly hundreds of people were lost on the street instead of enjoying themselves somewhere with "fat" music or otherwise.

In 2015, the SVB applied a payroll tax credit to the AOW pension of both my wife and me. To be sure whether or not this is justified, we both filed an income tax return for 2016 (early 2015). And yes, Erik Kuijpers was right. Since 1 January 2015, as a non-resident taxpayer in Thailand, you are no longer entitled to the payroll tax credit.

It is now the year 2009 and we are going to the Netherlands together, with her daughter. Quite an experience for Rash and her daughter. The first thing her daughter said (she already spoke some English) when she was on the train to the north of the Netherlands, it was the end of April, oh how beautiful it is here (will never forget it).

The editors received an emotional e-mail from Dirk Stolk's daughter and son. They would like more information about the fatal accident of their beloved father that took place on February 6 in Pattaya. Dirk was riding his bicycle on the day in question and he was hit by a Thai woman in a car.
