Question to general practitioner Maarten: Tied to sleeping pills to get a healthy night's sleep
Unfortunately, I am tied to sleeping pills to get a healthy night's sleep. In the more than 25 years that I lived in Spain, I was able to buy Stilnox 10 mg (zolpidem) sleeping tablets at the local pharmacy, which charged 30 euros for 4 pieces and were even reimbursed by my health insurance.
Ask general practitioner Maarten: I can't buy Tamsolusin anywhere!
I can't buy Tamsolusin anywhere! Now I have a question, since I'm getting more and more dizzy every day and I don't have to go to the urologist until next month, which I don't like to do! I have read that there are also things like Prostatpro for sale. Is that or something like that? They don't appear to be "drugs". They don't seem to be medicines but a kind of vitamins.

25 years ago when I still lived in Belgium I had a stomach ulcer. Now 2 weeks ago due to stress I have problems again. Rising acid, sometimes when I go to sleep I have to put my head a little higher and then I feel better. I dread going to the clinic for an endoscopy.

Question to general practitioner Maarten: What should I do about the condition of my prostate?
In a week I will have an MRI / ultrasound Fusion Biopsy done on the advice of my urologist. Suppose that in the best case scenario the nodule is not aggressive. So what is the wise thing to do without getting into an endless and costly follow-up treatment with no guarantee that the problem will be solved permanently?
