My name D. 173 cm tall, 63 years and 65 kilos. I have my PSA checked every year from 2013 and often during this period. In 2016 state hospital and 2019 Bangkok hospital, I had a biopsy done, I know, and no cancer was found here.
I asked a question a while ago about my medication when I leave for Thailand in October. Since last month I have to take an additional medication that is only available here in Belgium in the pharmacy of the hospital, namely Atrmia 0,5 mg.

You didn't respond to my complaint about the feeling in the penis, so I don't think it's drug related. Do you have any idea what it could be, and if I should see a urologist?
I've been to the hospital twice now, Endocrinology department, because of my extreme sweating that we've had contact about before. The doctor wanted to see if it has anything to do with hormones and tested me for four different hormones and I'm still just within the margins everywhere. Last time she switched my blood pressure medicine.
I am very happy with the fast effect of the Finasteride. But now I notice that around the start of taking this medicine I got swollen ankles. That lasted about 3 days, and is now much less, but still: still retaining some moisture.

I am now 85 years old and weigh about 66 kg. Use Aspilet 81 mg, and Doxasin 4 mg. And I have a hernia in my left groin, which I can still push back and did not cause any pain, but it is difficult. I don't think surgery is wise given my age.

Man, 69 years old, 171 cm, temporarily 80 kilos (normally 75) due to circumstances. Problems with sinus, asthma, skin, osteoarthritis, prostate and blood flow in legs. Don't smoke, drink wine now and then.
I am 78 years old and in good health for my age. On June 4th you wrote about a combination of ofloxacin and cefixime. The questioner mentioned the name of CEFPLAN in Thailand but I can't find it. Is this the correct spelling and are there possibly other equivalent combinations to be found in Thailand?

We travel to Thailand for 3 months in the winter, I now have to take codeine 10 mg three times a day as a painkiller. Since this is under the opium law in the Netherlands. Do I have to bring a statement or is it allowed?
I visited the hospital for an ultrasound of the heart. Everything went well, the results were also good. Nevertheless, I would like to know in more detail what the meaning of the various tests is and where possible risks exist.

Can you switch from one antibiotic to another halfway through the course? In this case from Ofloxacin to Cefplan.
My biggest concern concerns my kidney function. What can I do or not do to improve it or does the creatinine increase fall under the mild heading?
