If you follow the media in the Netherlands, it cannot have escaped your notice that Amsterdam's airport, Schiphol, exists 100 years this year. Newspapers and magazines contain articles about the history, there are (photo) exhibitions in Amsterdam and television also broadcasts programs about this anniversary. I'm going to tell you some of my experiences with Schiphol, nothing spectacular, but nice to write down.

In the HUB, Thong Sala's sports café, we are with a small group ready to follow the boxing match live on Thai TV. In Krabi, Iris, a 22-year-old beautiful blonde Dutch girl from the Amsterdam forest, starts a fight with a Thai lady. She is called the 'Dutch Destroyer' and is very strong.

Landed on a tropical island: Suicide or not?

Hook is a Frenchman and he led a rather adventurous life before settling down as a bartender at a resort on Koh Phangan 10 years ago.
