I don't understand why many people are so happy with the e-visa. I have now completely filled out the application and exactly 25 uploaded photos have been rejected by the system, including the reason that there would be more than 1 person on it. The entire application may therefore be rejected according to the system. In short, is it still possible to go to an embassy or consulate somewhere to apply for a visa?

I bought two tickets through Trip.com from Brussels to Bangkok in 2020 for September 2020. This trip was canceled by Thai Airways due to Corona. Received vouchers today (June 27, 2022) after many emails and phone calls with Trip.com. But I want a refund and no vouchers.
