I recently saw a TV commercial during the Ster commercial of Coolbest fruit juice. The commercial is not special, but the song is striking. It is namely the Ding Dong song from Thailand by Waipod Phetsuphan, an older song.

Heavy car bomb shocks Betong; 2 killed, 40 injured
A heavy car bomb has turned the center of Betong in the southern province of Yala into a war zone. Two people were killed in the explosion yesterday afternoon, at least forty people were injured and the damage to buildings and vehicles is enormous.

Reader Submission: Used clothes for charity
Several times I saw a question about what to do with used clothes in Thailand. There are some foundations in Bangkok that accept used clothes, household items and toys. In fact, they accept everything.
I am in Thailand with a double entry tourist visa (2). My first entry expires on August 3. The question is: can I now go to the immigration office in Udon Thani and ask for an extension before the start of my second entry or do I have to leave the country?
