Questioner: Alex

I want to go to Thailand at the end of November 2022 to the beginning of February 2023. I'm staying with my wife's family. I can't stay there without a visa, so basically I want to know what I have to do to get a visa for 90 days?

Thank you very much for your response.

Since you are married and also meet the age requirement, you can choose.

With both you obtain a residence period of 90 days upon entry, which is sufficient for your stay.

Or a Non-immigrant O Thai Marriage

CATEGORY 2: Visiting family in Thailand

2. Visiting or staying with family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days)

VISA TYPE: Non-immigrant O Visa (90 days stay)

Either a Non-immigrant O Retired

CATEGORY 1: Tourism and recreation related visit

4. Longer stay for retired persons (pensioner aged 50 or above)

VISA TYPE: Non-immigrant O (retirement) Visa (90 days stay)

The requirements can be found at this link
