In theory, my Thai girlfriend can come to the Netherlands with a valid Schengen visa. I have heard that THAI Airways will fly back to Belgium from September 1st. My wife had her ticket converted from May to September. My question, is there a chance that she will have to go into quarantine in Belgium and also when she returns to Thailand?
