Free roadside assistance in parking garages of major shopping centers in Pattaya (reader's submission)

Yesterday at Terminal 21 Pattaya I needed roadside assistance. The parking attendant informed us that they offered this service free of charge, including everything needed, except that any replacement parts are at your own expense. There is an emergency button on every floor where you can voice your problem.
Women warned about criminals in parking garages

Women who go shopping alone should watch out for criminals. This call comes after the assault of a 46-year-old Thai woman in the parking garage of Tesco Lotus Rama IV in the Klong Toey district of Bangkok on June 23.
