It's interesting to know that I can reach more people here based on my own experience.

Yesterday at Terminal 21 Pattaya I needed roadside assistance. The parking attendant informed us that they offered this service free of charge, including everything needed, except that any replacement parts are at your own expense. There is an emergency button on every floor where you can voice your problem.

They call this 'Big Service'. The man also mentioned that this applies in Central Festival and Plaza Pattaya.

Hopefully they will also read this message in Belgium.
