Ngao Waterfall National Park in Ranong
Thailand has more than 100 national parks, which I obviously do not know all, in fact, I only know a few. It even took a violation of the Emergency Decree to introduce me to Ngao Waterfall National Park in southern Ranong province.
Butterflies in Pang Sida National Park
At my house in the Netherlands I had a large (by city standards) garden with a beautiful sea of flowers every spring. Wonderful to sit on the terrace and enjoy, not only the flowers and birds, but also the many butterflies, which suck in the nectar from flower to flower. Don't ask me for names, yes, I still recognize a peacock eye or a white, but that's where my knowledge of butterflies ends.
Kaeng Krachan National Park is Thailand's largest national park. And with that size comes great biodiversity. The park is home to many rare animal species such as the Asian Tapir, the Indochinese Tiger, and the Asian Leopard.
