I have a 'non-immigrant O Multiple visa' (married to Thai), enter before 3/10/19. Now I want to go back to Thailand at the end of September 2019 until the end of March 2020. Will I get a new visa at the embassy, although the old one is still valid for a week? Or are there other options?
Thank you for your wise advice.

I have a non immigrant O.multiple entry visa for 1 year. I go to Immigration for my 90 days stamp and they say that with these visas I have to leave the country after 90 days. So I do NOT get a 90 day stamp there. Upon re-entering I would then again get 90 days. So I have to do a “visa run”.

I have a Non-Imm O Multi visa until October 28, 2019. My next 90 days report is April 24, 2019. However, I am leaving Thailand on April 17, 2019 to return in a few months. Have I understood correctly that I will get another 90 days upon arrival at the airport? Also, have I read something about Re-entry forms or have I nothing to do with that?

I have a question about my visa. Go to Thailand every year for 6 months, then also apply for an O visa (I'm 75 years old) and I also take a multi entry, I think I'm always good. However, I will not leave Thailand in those six months. My question is: if I take a single entry, do I not have to leave the country every 90 days, but can I get the 90-day extension from the immigration service?

I am 46 years old and self-employed and looking for the possibility to obtain a 6 month multiply entry visa currently in the Netherlands or, if necessary, Antwerp. So I am not employed, do not have a permanent employer and do not have a fixed monthly income, but… I do have a sufficient amount in the savings account.

At the beginning of this year I had a Multiple entry Non Immigrant type O visa that allowed me to stay with an intermediate visa run from January to April. This has expired before my next departure so I have to apply for a new visa. The visa run on this type of visa is no longer possible due to the expiry of the Multiple entries.
