Customs in Thailand and import more than 20.000 baht?

'Reducing import duties on alcohol and tobacco should attract wealthy expats to Thailand'
Thailand wants to fight the economic malaise after beating the Covid-19 virus. The country wants to become more attractive to highly educated expats and wealthy pensioners and lure this group with a 10-year visa and 50% lower import duties on tobacco and alcohol. At least that is the plan and there is never a lack of plans in Thailand.
Next week we fly back to Schiphol. This time I am taking more than the tax-free amount with me, so I choose the red passage 'Make a declaration' at Customs. I have been living in Thailand for 12 years and love to cycle. Does anyone have an idea what rates (or amounts) the Thai customs apply for, for example, a volume of 15m3?

I have a music system in my home in Thailand. For this installation I want to replace the amplifier with a new one that I just bought here in the Netherlands. The new price is 470 euros. Do I have to declare this (pay import duties) at the Customs of Thailand?
One of the senders of 'homesickness' items (licorice, cheese, smoked sausage, stroopwafels, chocolate sprinkles, etc.) in the Netherlands has stopped shipping to Thailand because of the (new) import rules. They seem to stop everything and either refuse or levy a (thick) guarantee, in addition to the usual import duties and VAT.
