I've been back in Thailand for 2 weeks now and notice that if I bend over slightly, I immediately get dizzy. I am very very tired after walking up 2 flights of stairs (14 steps). My lower legs feel like they have a very tight bandage wrapped around them. Been suffering from this for a long time.

I will soon try to spend the winter in Thailand and the Philippines again for 3 months. I am 73 and because I suffer from type 2 diabetes I have to take syringes of Ozempic for 3 months. They have to be kept cool, which sometimes causes problems when I stay in small hotels or guesthouses without a fridge in the room.

I have been diabetic 2 for several years. My medications are as follows: 2 tablets Unidiamecron in the morning sober, 1000 mg Glucophage after breakfast and Forxiga in the evening. Although my eating habits and medication use have not changed, my measurement in the morning is higher than before. No problem during the day, then I even have to be careful that it doesn't get too low. Previously I was always around 90 in the morning. Now this is usually around 120. How do you explain this? Could this be due to stress?

Since I take statins for cholesterol (first Chlovas 40, now Mevalotin), I suffer from muscle pains in my arms, cramps in my legs and feet. Furthermore, my blood sugar appears to be out of control: where it used to be 120 before breakfast, it is now 170 at best.

I am diabetic and have to inject insulin. I use Novarapid – fast-acting (before each meal) and Lantus – slow-acting (once a day at the same time) and I also use glucophage 1 mg and coversyl plus 850. I would like to know what this medication costs in Thailand and whether it is easy to obtain obtain?
