Dear Martin,

I have diabetes and use Ozempic 1 Mg syringe, but due to delivery problems in Belgium, they are often no longer in stock.

In recent years I have been going to spend the winter for 3 months in Thailand and the Philippines, but not anymore in the last 3 years due to Covid. I want to go back this winter for 3 months, but would like to know if Ozempic 1 Mg (Semaglutide) is also available in Thailand?

This is a precaution if I cannot get enough syringes here to take with me.

Same question for the Philippines if you knew?

Dear J,

Ozempic is currently difficult to obtain anywhere in the world. This probably has to do with the fact that some rather unpleasant side effects have been found, such as thyroid problems.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is taken off the market soon. Ask your doctor to prescribe something else.
