Before my emigration to Thailand in September 2021, I received both my (Pfizer) covid vaccinations in the Netherlands. Two weeks ago I got my (Moderna) booster in Thailand – well. “bought” for 1500 THB, which I gladly paid for it.

When applying for the Thailand Pass, I must, among other things, send (upload) my vaccination certificate. I have received the booster shot and my "international" corona proof therefore consists of 3 QR codes, i.e. 3 corona proofs. Am I now supposed to upload the three pages of QR codes when applying for the Thailand Pass? Or is it enough to only upload the last received QR code ( 3/3)?

I got 2 AstraZeneca jabs before the end of October at Bang Sue Station so I can theoretically register for a booster shot. I used my DTAC smartphone for this, but when filling in there is no possibility to state the Belgian nationality: it goes from Belarus directly to Belize.

I also had the same question, because I don't want to risk the booster giving me a positive result on the test and not being able to go. I would like to have the booster though. I will receive my booster on December 22. On January 7 in the morning we have to have the PCR test done before departure on January 9 in the afternoon.
