Next week I want to apply for my Thailand Pass, but my first vaccination certificate (16/04/2021) has expired. I do have the QR code of my 2nd (06/07/2021) and 3rd (18/10/2021) vaccination as well as a recovery QR code. (15/03/2022).

When applying for the Thailand Pass, I must, among other things, send (upload) my vaccination certificate. I have received the booster shot and my "international" corona proof therefore consists of 3 QR codes, i.e. 3 corona proofs. Am I now supposed to upload the three pages of QR codes when applying for the Thailand Pass? Or is it enough to only upload the last received QR code ( 3/3)?
