For many years I have been using a scooter for my own transportation in Pattaya. In the beginning for groceries in the supermarket, but also for many trips in the area. I know the area between Sattahip and Laem Chabang quite well, but I haven't made those trips for a while. Until recently, use was limited to trips in the neighborhood and regular visits to the Megabreak pool hall.

Many gas stations close at 22.00 p.m. and if you run out of gas then you're out of luck. Not in Pattaya, because petrol is available 24 hours a day.
