Home » Flight tickets » THAI Airways International will fly more often from Brussels
Thailand's national airline, THAI Airways International, will fly more often from Brussels to Bangkok. From 3 November, the THAI will fly five times a week from Brussels Airport to Bangkok. That is one flight more than is currently offered.
The extra weekly flight departs on Friday, you can also fly on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Earlier, Thai announced that the Airbus A1-350 will be deployed on the Brussels – Bangkok route from August 900. Now they fly with a Boeing 777-300ER.
On board the A350, Thai Airways can accommodate 32 passengers in Royal Silk Class and 289 in Economy.

Good plan, I would rather drive to Brussels than to Schiphol even though it is further away...
Brussels is quite OK. But you shouldn't have to deal with traffic jams if you want to be on time…………
After 1000 people usually take me to Zaventem airport. I only live 30 minutes away.
This is after the morning rush hour and is not too bad then, issue of traffic.
Of course, as soon as you have to move you run the risk of getting stuck somewhere. Can also be done by train. I sometimes also take that to the airport.
Do not think that if you go to Schiphol you do not run these risks.
Do you have a direct train from home to Schiphol and to Brussels????? Ticket costs must be very affordable to travel to Brussels. There are enough flights to Bangkok from Schiphol and also direct. But for Belgians it is of course a good asset.
Is there anything known about the prices yet?
Bangkok – Brussels return? (not the other way around!!!!)
I think you should look at THAI's website for that.
Usually the flights from Bangkok are suddenly a lot more expensive.
That has always been the case, I have also explained a few times why that is the case. But with KLM you can fly from Bangkok for about the same price, regularly have offers for 21.550 baht. Only I don't think in high season.
THAI AIRWAYS direct flight Brussels–Bangkok and back.for 1 month Jan – Feb.=494 euro !
Cheapest airline if you book long on the leading edge.
I've been doing this for 20 years. Always the cheapest.
Eva Air 3 or 6 months about €600 from Schiphol 3x per week. Thai airways is more expensive.
Yes, maybe, but I have now also paid 540 Euro for a 6-month ticket at Thai Airways.
They also have good offers, but you have to be there at the right time.
Certainly also with regard to the monthly tickets, often with connecting flights included for those who fly on to somewhere in Thailand
Moreover, I live 30 minutes from Zaventem airport and going to Schiphol also costs me 80 Euro there and back.
Also good flight times as far as I'm concerned
Brussels-Bangkok V1330-A0530
Bangkok-Brussels V0030-A0700
Anyway, this article about Thai Airways, not that Eva Air or anyone else is better or not.
Dear, have you also thought about the comfort on board?
I have flown economy with Ethiad, Emirates, EVA air, China Airlines and Thai airways. Personally, I think there is little difference between the different companies.
Have flown 2 times with EVA air, both times there was a reasonable delay in departure from Schiphol.
Last month I bought a ticket at Thai Airways for October / November, costs € 470. This is the second time with Thai Airways. What strikes me is that Thai airways sometimes has good prices if you book very early. I am lucky that Schiphol, Zaventem and Düsseldorf are easy to reach. The disadvantage of Brussels can be the traffic.
I'm already looking for April 2018, looking for a direct flight so I can be with my girlfriend and her family during Songkran. If I find a flight with a good price, I book it in advance.
I feel Ethiad and Emirates have the best prices about 3 months in advance while Thai airways rather 6-8 months in advance.
