Thailand visa question No. 138/20: Which visa should I apply for as a married person?

I would like to know which visa I need to apply for I am married to a Thai lady? I am going to Thailand for 3 months.

If you are officially married to a Thai lady, you can apply for a Non-immigrant O Single entry. This based on Thai Marriage.
NB. A period of stay is expressed in days. In this case, you will receive 90 days of residence upon entry. That is not the same as 3 months. Keep this in mind when you calculate the return flight.
