Thailand Visa question No. 415/22: Going to live in Thailand and visa – Non-immigrant O – Thai Marriage
Questioner: Pete
Hi, let me introduce myself, I'm Piet and my wife's name is Nan, we are 63 and 59 years old and have been married since 1995. Now we want to sell our house and move to Thailand. What I would like to know how to do that with my visa and what are the requirements, should I apply for my visa here or in Thailand? And which visa do I need?
My wife and daughter both have Thai and Dutch passports, so that's not a problem.

A single entry is sufficient. This gives you 90 days upon arrival. You can then extend it by one year and you can repeat that extension annually.
Make sure that your marriage is registered in Thailand before your year extension.
