Questioner: EHJ van der wal

I got married under Thai law with my Thai wife, now I want to visit her soon for 3 months. What is the best/easiest option regarding the visa regime? Arranging a visa in the Netherlands or arranging in Thailand?

You have to make the choice yourself.

Or you can get a Non-immigrant O Thai Marriage at the embassy. Or you go on Visa Exemption and you can extend that period by 60 days based on your Thai Marriage. The choice is yours.
