Thailand Visa question No. 242/21: Fill in CoE
Questioner: Josh
I have a question about completing the CoE application. What do you have to fill in at; types of permitted persons if you have a re-entry?
Reaction RonnyLatYa
I think it depends on the circumstances under which you obtained the annual extension. For example as Thai Marriage or as Retired.
My question: what is the correct group for “Thai marriage”?

See at the link
STEP 3 – Apply for the Certificate of Entry (COE), (AFTER you obtain a correct visa)
Group 1 6 – Family of Thai Nationals
I also just look at the website of the embassy and read what it says. And when applying for your CoE, a menu will also appear where choices can be made, I suppose.
There is no such thing as a Group Re-entry. There are more periods of residence other than those obtained with a Retired or Thai marriage for which you can request a re-entry. Even Permanent Residents have a re-entry when they leave Thailand.
The purpose of a re-entry is to keep your period of stay. It does not matter in itself under what conditions that period of residence was obtained.
