The observant reader may have noticed, but Thailandblog will have to make do with less effort from the editors for the next three weeks, which means more repetitions, fewer postings and virtually no current affairs.

Your editor is traveling through Thailand to gain inspiration, take photos, but also to meet expats, readers and bloggers.

In order to use the time in Thailand as useful and pleasant as possible, some more posts will be reposted. Of course with a selection of the stories that are also worthwhile. Don't forget that about thirty new readers are added every day and of course a number of them drop out. So an old story for you may be a new story for someone else.

The moderation of comments from readers will also take longer than you are used to from us.

In three weeks we will pick up again as usual and then with new experiences and reflections on Thailand, which we love so much.

In any case, wish Khun Peter a lot of fun on his tour through Thailand. Remember that those 3 weeks fly by so enjoy your days to the fullest!

I myself am happy with a little less effort in the coming weeks. Do I also have a "holiday". It is sometimes quite tiring to follow Thailandblog all day.
I wish you a pleasant and inspiring holiday trip, in Thailand, which I also love so much.

I already suspected that something was on the back burner. Luckily it's for a good cause! Have fun!

  4. This is the best way to keep as much information as possible up to date. So: keep it up!
Changes in Chiang Mai Chinatown, among others, are a good example of this.

I take my hat off to you, even though I was recently told that my stories are not welcome on this Blog due to my country of residence. I thoroughly enjoy the pieces and also the information that is important for Asia. (a pity that a copy can no longer be made due to changing rules and then sharing this with others). I find it a bit strange, a blog with so many readers, that there are so few comments or likes, what kind of effort is it to just click the thumbs up under a good story????
