One of my favorite restaurants in Pattaya is definitely Louis in Soi 31 on Naklua Road. It's just a small restaurant tucked away at the end of the unsightly street. Khun Vichai, the owner, is an attentive and friendly host with a cook in the kitchen who knows her trade.
