Suspect in train rape already in court
The suspect in the rape and murder of 13-year-old Nong Kaem early this month on the overnight train to Bangkok and his accomplice were charged yesterday. They will appear in court on Tuesday. From 1 August, every night train will have a separate women's carriage.

Kaem's rapist received help from a colleague
A second railway official has been arrested in the Kaem case, the 13-year-old girl who was raped and murdered on Saturday night on the night train to Bangkok. He was on the lookout when the suspect assaulted the girl.

The two young Danes who were arrested on February 27 for the gang rape of a Dutch woman in Chiang Mai will not be prosecuted for this. There is too little evidence for an indictment, writes the news site Scandasia.
