Thailand question: Why do EVA Air planes arrive late at Schiphol?
In March I fly to Bangkok with EVA Air. To date (29-12-2022), all EVA Air aircraft arrive late at Schiphol on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The delays for flights AMS-BKK with EVA run up to 1-2 hours. Does anyone know to readers why these delays are structural at EVA?

Since we fly to Thailand on December 1 with Eva Air, I have the following question. I regularly check the Schiphol app to see whether Eva's BR76 flight departs with all passengers on board. How does the check-in at EVA Air at Schiphol go?
Can someone tell me how it goes when checking in at EVA Air at Schiphol? Are the check-in desks open at 17:40 PM? And are there long queues when passing through security at that time?
You can read enough in the press about the long waiting times at Schiphol before you can board a flight to “somewhere”. Due to a shortage of staff, security checks cause huge delays, sometimes causing travelers to miss their flights. All travelers departing from the Netherlands have to deal with those long waiting times, there is no escaping it. Or right?

After all the negative stories now something positive. Consulted the Schiphol app several times prior to my trip. Almost every time it was reported that I had to take into account very long queues.

For now, I'm fed up with Schiphol. Shuffling for four hours in an endless queue towards the plane and, to make matters worse, running for ten minutes not to miss the plane, has gone down the wrong way with me. Man, what a mess. But yes, I had to go back to our house in Hua Hin with daughter Lizzy.
