Travelers who use a taxi app, such as Uber or Bolt, to get to or from Schiphol now have a convenient new pick-up point close to the terminal.

This place is located on Koepelstraat, just a five-minute walk from Schiphol Plaza, and is easy to find thanks to new signage and a specially constructed passageway. Not only travelers, but also airline crews can go here for a quick pick-up or drop-off.

This new pick-up area, known as the arrivals passage, is clearly signposted from the arrivals hall and is exclusively accessible to drivers with a valid pass. The kiss & ride zone and parking garage P1 remain available for those who are dropped off or picked up by family or friends. After the summer, this location will also be accessible to coaches.

Schiphol is working on further improvements to the facilities at this new arrival passage, including the completion of a sanitary building, a canopy, and new street furniture.

The development of this arrival passage is part of Schiphol's broader efforts to better manage traffic flows and make room for the renovation of the bus station. This project, called MKS (Multimodal Knoop Schiphol), aims to improve the capacity of the airport's train and bus station to accommodate the growing numbers of public transport users since the 90s.
