I want to be back in NL for a few months after my Thai vaccination [unfortunately with the forced 5/10 days of home quarantine]. After returning to Thailand I don't want to be locked up in an ASQ in Bangkok. The sandbox of Phuket seems much more attractive to me. After reading the Phuket sandbox requirements, I still have a few questions. These questions are printed in italics. Perhaps you can help me remove it.
Thailand reader question: Can you also receive your Thai girlfriend at a Sandbox hotel?
I've already done some searching on the internet whether you can receive visitors when participating in the sandbox Phuket or Koh Samui program. Are you allowed to receive your Thai girlfriend (relationship but unmarried) during your stay? And what are the conditions, should she also be vaccinated or is a Covid test sufficient.

The pre-approval and the CoE arranged within 5 days. If you follow the guidelines of the Thai embassy exactly, this is a piece of cake. The Thais have organized that well.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced that the Phuket Sandbox program has received the green light from the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) for the upgrade: “Phuket Sandbox 7+ 7 Extension”. This variant offers fully vaccinated international travelers ample opportunity to visit multiple Thai destinations without having to go into quarantine.
I read somewhere, I think here, that if you use the Phuket Sandbox scheme you can travel on to Koh Samui after 7 days. Is that right? And when does that take effect?

The Thai government has expressed its condolences after the murder of Nicole Sauvain-Weisskopf. The 57-year-old woman was deputy chief of protocol of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland and was found dead Thursday afternoon at Tone Ao Yon waterfall in tambon Vichit in Phuket's Muang district.
Thailand reader question: Phuket Sandbox program, how can I prove to be fully vaccinated?
To travel to Thailand through the Phuket Sandbox program, I believe that proof of full vaccination is required. How can people in the Netherlands obtain a certificate recognized by Thailand? Is the yellow book enough? Statement from the doctor? RIVM registration card?
Although a lot has been written about the quarantine and the Phuket sandbox construction, I still have questions. Hopefully there is someone who is better with the internet than me and has found more information.

I will soon be starting my CoE for the Phuket Sandbox. It now appears to be possible to travel beyond Koh Samui after 7 days. Does anyone know how that goes? Because if you only book a SHA hotel on Phuket for 7 days, the Thai embassy might make things difficult? Or can you indicate that in the process?
Foreign tourists participating in the Phuket sandbox program will also be allowed to visit other tourist spots in Thailand from August 1, after seven days on Phuket.
This is not scaremongering but reality for me as a Belgian anyway. I landed in Phuket from Belgium on July 16, 2021 for the Phuket Sandbox. Everything okay, papers okay, test done at the airport after a long wait (+/- 11 hours) in the hotel found negative.
Some extra info for the people who would like to use the “Phuket Sandbox”. Appropriate insurance is required to apply for the COE.
Another Sandbox for tourists: Andaman
After the Phuket Tourism Sandbox launched on July 1 and the Samui Plus model on July 15, an Andaman Sandbox is also likely to arrive on August 1.
