I am looking for someone who can repair my Pride mobility scooter or is there someone in the Pattaya area who can help me with the address and telephone number of an importer or former importer of PRIDE MOBILITY SCOOTER (American manufacturer)?
A wheelbarrow in the Isan
Sometimes nice incidents occur in daily life here. We have a large garden and I think that goes with a wheelbarrow. I discovered one in the back. Unfortunately, due to prolonged exposure to the elements, the bottom had rusted through and the wheel no longer turned.
Reader question: Where in Bangkok/Pattaya can I have the glass of my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge repaired?
I'm going to Thailand at the end of the year. The glass is broken on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (the round one). Who has experience repairing in Bangkok or Pattaya? And how do I know it's not junk?
I've been renovating my now 12 year old swimming pool for a while now. Have a new chlorinator and the bath rim has also been renewed. Now it remains that I lose so much water. Must top up water for at least an hour daily to maintain water level. The surface is roughly 40 square meters and the volume is 50 cubic meters. Piling was done during the construction of the bath.
Reader question: Repair of a leaking roof
I'm going to visit a friend next week, she lives in the Buriram area, but that aside. I've been there before, I saw her mother's house. The whole roof was full of holes. It is a corrugated iron roof. And under all those holes was a container to collect the water. So they slept in that room. Don't I think. Now is the rainy season.
Reader Submission: Getting a microwave repaired in Pattaya
My microwave was broken, eight years old and cost 3800 baht. I took it to the service department of Numchai home electronics on Sukhumvit Road for repair.
I have been living in Thailand for 4 years now, just outside of Bangkok. What strikes me is that in recent years things have often broken in the house and especially where a plug is attached.
Reader question: Is the Thai a techie or not, if not, why is that?
Why doesn't a Thai fix broken things? Is that a regional problem?
