Reader's question: Child 12 years old has NL and Thai passport and youth protection threatens with OTS
A 12-year-old child has a Dutch and Thai passport and wants to emigrate abroad with his parents. He is at risk of being placed under supervision by Youth Protection (OTS). Can the Dutch government/youth care demand from Thailand that he be sent back to the Netherlands?
