Schengen visa: How often can I use the visa?

My wife has applied for a Schengen visa for a specified period of 21 days. The visa she received speaks of a validity from March 16, 2016 to March 16, 2017.
Now, the explanatory notes attached to her passport state that she cannot stay in the Schengen zone for more than 180 days in any 90-day period. This is not a problem as she will only be staying in the Netherlands for 21 days.

Thailand visa: Any new visa arrangement

As I understand it, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha recently made a proposal for a new visa regime.

Proposal A: A multiple-entry visa, valid for 6 months (cost 5000 Baht).
Proposal B: A tourist visa with a single entry, which is also valid for 6 months. (cost 1000 Bath).

I have a non immigrant O multiple entry. I took this one because I just didn't meet the income requirement. In the meantime, I amply meet that requirement because I no longer pay social insurance. Can I change my visa in the meantime?

Thailand wants to provide multiple entry visas for tourists of all nationalities in order to promote tourism. Tourism Minister Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul said Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has given the green light to the proposal, which is expected to be swiftly approved by the cabinet.

I have a question about Schengen visa. A Thai friend has visited the Netherlands several times in the last 5 years and has automatically received a 5-year multiple entry visa. The visa company has told her that she can now go to the Netherlands without additional documents, provided of course that the conditions are met, such as a maximum of 90 days at a time and health insurance and a return ticket.

I have had a visa with 6 entries since 04-2014-3, this visa is valid for 6 months, namely until 30-09-2014. Now I thought I know how this visa works, but the immigration officer told me that I can no longer stay here until the end of this visa 30/09/2014.
