The International Court of Justice in The Hague will probably rule in the first half of 2013 on the ownership of the 4,6 square kilometers at Hindu temple Preah Vihear, which is claimed by Thailand and Cambodia.

Troops at Preah Vihear Hindu temple may not be withdrawn if bilateral talks between Thailand and Cambodia progress well, Foreign Minister Surapong Towijakchaikul said.
