November 1: Thailand reopens and Thailand Pass operational
Today is November 1, which means that Thailand is opening its doors to international tourists again. Fully vaccinated tourists from 63 countries are allowed to travel by plane to Thailand without quarantine. You must get tested before departure, book a SHA+ or AQ hotel for 1 night to get tested there again. With a negative test, you are allowed to travel through Thailand.
The Bangkok Municipality (Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, BMA) is urging entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry to apply for a certificate from the Safety and Health Administration (SHA) to boost tourist confidence as the country opens on Monday. Entrepreneurs must register for this via the thailandsha.com website.

The State Department announced on Saturday that Thailand will once again allow visitors from 1 more countries without quarantine on November 17, provided they are fully vaccinated and have proof of a negative Covid-19 test before travel. This increases the number of countries on the list to 63.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is testing reopening for international tourism
