The 42-year-old bookstore chain Asia Books is becoming multimedia after the example of amazon.com and is expanding its range with products such as iPad, smartphone, educational toys and lifestyle products. Paper textbook becomes e-book
Textbook publishers should remember that the future belongs to the ebook. Pheu Thai wants to give all schoolchildren a tablet PC – free of charge. Next school year, the 800.000 students of Prathom 1 (our group 3) will be the first to receive it.
