Biometric passport for Belgians: the « Mobile Kit » is coming to Pattaya on Friday 26 January 2018

Since December 3, 2012, personal appearance at the Belgian embassy in Bangkok is required to apply for a new passport. The personal appearance is necessary to take a photo and record the fingerprints and signature of the passport applicant.
