Thailand is famous for its authentic floating markets. These attract many tourists by default. A reason for Thai entrepreneurs to have one or more 'floating market' build. These surrogate floating markets are nevertheless fun to visit.

At the floating market Pattaya can buy tourist knick-knacks and eat and drink. There is also a regular cultural show such as Thai traditional dance. It is also possible to rent a boat for a maximum of four people for half an hour. You can take a walk over scaffolding and through the many wooden houses. It is touristy, but that doesn't make it any less fun.
