A new market in Jomtien

Thepprasit Road is well on its way to becoming Pattaya's new entertainment district Service.

Next month, the reconstructed ruin of the Colosseum will open its gates. Shows will be performed here that should make Tiffany and Alcazar pale. An immense covered market was built next to this imposing building in a short period of time. And by immense I mean immense. You could house an indoor soccer field in it.

You can really buy everything there. Clothing, souvenirs, food, utensils, toiletries, and so on. You will find fish for the aquarium, but also fish that clean your feet. There are numerous stalls where Thai meals can be enjoyed. There are all kinds of options for children to enjoy themselves.

In short, a place for the whole family. It's a mystery to me where all this trading is coming from, because other markets just seem to keep going. There is sufficient parking space, but it is clear that Thepprasit has lost its calm and has put itself fully on the map. The market is also open seven days a week.

    And where exactly is this market located?
    Close to the coast, or rather to sukumvit road?

      About in the middle. From Sukhumvit to the coast on the left. It can't miss.

      Thick

    It will be a mess with the traffic, but we are no longer surprised by that.
    Looks pretty nice by the way.
    Glad there is finally a market where everything will be for sale 😉

    @dick koger,
    best dick;
    Do you perhaps know if the new market opposite “tyffany” a/d second road is already open?
    There used to be an open-air kathoy show here, in the middle of about 10 bars.
    (All scrapped, sorry).
    Ron.
