Finnair flight deals from Bangkok to Europe

Finnair has flight offers for flights from September 2014 to March 2015 (economy class) and until May 31, 2015 (business class). You can fly from Bangkok to Brussels and return from 27.405 baht including all surcharges and taxes.
Does anyone here in the area, Jomtien, know a place that can install 2 crazy people on our roof? Maybe any idea of the costs?

Don't feel like transferring or sitting on the plane longer than necessary? KLM flies from Amsterdam to Bangkok without interruption. Cheap seats are still available in August, September and October.
During our stay in Thailand, we enjoy watching BVN on TV in lost hours. Now it is almost impossible to find out which hotel in Bangkok has this channel in its package, nothing can be found on the BVN website.
