Reader question: Looking for tips for Ubon Ratchatani

We, my wife and I son his wife and 9 year old their daughter are in Ubon Ratchatani for 4 days at the beginning of July, the actual purpose of the stay is to visit family (our daughter-in-law is Thai) but it is quite possible that we will not be in her every day want to be village. If there are readers who have a good tip to spend a day, I would like to hear it.
The Bali-Breeze restaurant in Jomtien/Pattaya has been razed to the ground. The website and email address are also down. Does anyone in this area have any idea what's going on? Or moved where?

Coupleider Prayuth Chan-ocha denies having confidentially spoken or exchanged messages with action leader Suthep Thaugsuban of the anti-government movement about the 'Thaksin regime'. He said this through his spokesperson.
I have been in a relationship with a Thai for about 6 months and she wants to come to the Netherlands this summer for 3 months. We have all the documents for her Schengen visa application in order with one exception, namely her 'Letter of Employment'.

With Emirates you can fly to Bangkok cheaply, you have to be quick because these tickets can still be booked until June 24. You can fly from August 4 to November 27, 2014 and from January 5 to March 31, 2015.

Poll Suan Dusit: Junta gets a big pass

The military authority, in power for a month yesterday, received a large pass in an opinion poll by Suan Dusit. Expressed in a grade: an 8,8. Key Achievements: The country is peaceful and free from strife, the rice farmers have been paid and the cost of living has fallen. A majority wants the NCPO to remain in power until "everything is back to normal."
All “long-stay” visitors are talking about renting apartments. My preference is for a Hotel (Guesthouse) or at least one that offers some hotel service, Jomtien (possibly Pattaya), 3 months high season.
