A swingers party at Rama Kien resort in Bang Lamung district (Pattaya) organized by 61-year-old Dutchman Anthony V., has been foiled by the Thai police.

More than 10 couples, mostly foreigners, tried to flee when police raided the area on Sunday morning.

The police decided to investigate when it turned out that a sex party was organized every Saturday night. When the police visited the resort in question, they found more than 20 Thais and foreigners there, who were almost naked. Police say those present tried to escape, but everyone was taken to the station for questioning.

The local police found 25 used condoms and various sex toys in the building, as well as a copy of an invitation to the swingers party.

The Dutchman Anthony V. and a Thai woman, Kannikar K. (42), turned out to be the organizers and on their website guests were invited to participate in the orgy. The price for a night out [or is going crazy better in this context?] was 23.000 baht. The promise was made for this 'everything is possible, but nothing is mandatory'.

After questioning and a report for indecent behavior, the couple was allowed to return home.

In Pattaya, a sex party can certainly be called indecent. Tribute to the local hermandad who, through this resolute action, has managed to put an end to this reprehensible and sinful behavior. And that on Sunday, shamelessly!

Sex parties in pattaya? I think it's a strange story. Pattaya is best known for its beautiful beaches, where whole families can enjoy a good day of sun and sea. Sex? You only do that in the Netherlands, but please leave Pattaya out!

Imaginative people would say that the BIB (Thai police) probably wouldn't have received their "tea money" (kickbacks), but I also disprove that claim! The Thai police are not like that!

Scandalous article to associate Pattaya with sex!

@Dennis, sex in pattaya? I always associate Pattaya with museums and beautiful cathedrals, and the clubs? Those are Spanish tapas eateries! I have heard that expats and passionates can be seen there daily with the Lonely Planet about Thailand in their hands. Purely one just for the local museums and cathedrals. I have heard that Pattaya is also called the Santiago de Compostela of Thailand, so many pious people can be found there.

Night out of the pants was only 2300 Baht. Can you imagine what you could do in Pattaya for 23000 Baht…

Hats off to the police: crime in Pattaya has been dealt another blow………………

Wow, what a world of news, even the telegraph reports it. Maybe the 8 o'clock news tonight too? As long as there are no underage girls participating I will be concerned…..Indecent behavior, hahaha? Do you know how to load 60% what will happen again later. Maybe a new source of income in Pattaya: Opening a swingers club, lol

23000Thb ???? I thought Thailand was such a cheap holiday destination and Pattaya was associated with sex
how can they think of that you don't do that there.
It will indeed have to do with money 23000 Thb x 10 is a nice amount too
for the local hermandad, the chimney has to keep smoking in it too
    Warm Thailand.

Twenty-three thousand baht? Inflation is really getting out of hand. And the government, as usual, is powerless again. I'm going to set up my tent in Laos.

I couldn't resist visiting Rama Kien Resort's website. Especially the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) leaves nothing to the imagination. What about:

“What to do if she gets her period (menstruation)?
Well, first of all, plan your trip. A menstruation is not something that suddenly, unexpectedly happens. It is usually quite predictable, so plan your stay with us around it. If you cannot change your travel itinerary, there are hormonal period delay treatments that can push back the start of your period by up to two weeks. In some cases, if you are using a combined hormonal birth control pill, a doctor can instruct you how to use it to delay your period as well. A menstruation not only spoils the fun for her, it also does for him!

All in all, an unsavory display. For those who didn't notice, the 23000 Baht was a typo. The actual price was only 2300 Baht.

    • Khan Peter says up

@Pajai, no typo. According to the Bangkok Post, a swingers club membership costs 23.000 baht, source: http://goo.gl/e6evV

Hahaha, the bar is nice for the eyes, but when I open your link, not much is left of V.. Name and surname simply written in full regalia.

    @KuhnPeter

The source, Pattaya103.com, talks about 2300 Baht. I can't imagine that there are people who, in advance, pay 23K Baht for a membership. For that amount you don't have to go to a dubious resort in Pattaya to go completely "loose". Of course I could always be wrong...

@ Okay, then Bangkok Post will have added a zero too many. Doesn't matter too much, wasn't planning on joining anyway.

Peter you don't have to become a member. You just need to take a room with your wife.

Yes totally wrong approach, I do not understand the tumult about this happening, in the Netherlands swinger clubs are very common, look in the Telegraaf, as long as no minor is involved, that should not be a problem, I rather think that this has to do with permits and paying pocket money to the local police the price is very high, in the Netherlands you pay in a good club per couple around 50 euros including buffet and drink condoms for free, did you read it correctly 23,000 THB, or is it 2,300 THB? , and in Pattaya this should be possible or has it become a prudish seaside resort?
    Greetings,

    Pascal

After a long search on the internet I finally found it to be able to experience an introductory evening.
I was supposed to go there next week and now I'm reading this.
Does anyone know an address for me that I hear say that are definitely in Pattaya.
I would love to meet a woman from Thailand .
1 whole night for that money seems like something to me.

The Dutch owner can be satisfied. Free advertising on many forums. An article in the AD, Telegraaf and on the website of RTL news. And even on the radio during the news. I can assure you that it will soon be fully booked for the next two years. LoL 😉

Cold bustle for nothing if minors had been there, another story.
Must the library first visit all soi 6,7,8, etc., as well as 100% of the gogo bars

  14. resist says up

The story makes no sense at all. There is no entrance fee of 23.000 Baht there. For an evening a room costs 1700 to 2300 bath, for which you can simply participate in the party. So the amount of 23.000 bath will probably come from the total calculation of 10 pairs. Care was always taken to ensure that they were couples and that they came from many different countries. There was certainly no guarantee of sex, but there was a room where the couples played together. A man alone was not allowed to enter there, even if he had come as a couple. But they probably weren't sponsored, because the couple did a lot to prevent the barmaid from entering.

  15. Croe Gino says up

If that is no longer allowed.
If they have to ban and close everything that has to do with sex in Thailand, many will go hungry.

Many people laugh or joke about it. If you really think about it, it is of course a shame what the police allow themselves here. In pattaya, soi coyboy, soi nana, etc etc it is sodom and gomora, and you have bars where you drink a beer and on the bune love is made by ladies with gentlemen, ladies with ladies and much more. This has just been another pick de farang action. Thailand at its narrowest.

    • Cu Chulainn says up

@Peter, you are absolutely right, but be careful, you are coming to the Thailand of many expats and retirees, where criticism of Thailand is not appropriate. Last week people on this block were still very indignant about a beautiful Buddha poster in the Netherlands, depicted in a public toilet, but apparently the scenes in Pattaya and the soi's, so beautifully described by you, are apparently neater, more decent and less shocking to many Dutch citizen residing in Thailand. I notice this often, unfortunately, on this block. There is always a fence with the acceptance of country's wisdom and honor, and that one must accept the Thai state of affairs, but what then happens in the Netherlands can suddenly be criticized. My suspicion is that the police could not earn anything from those evenings, hence the raid. The motive is just as ridiculous, immoral, as if the many STIs are an example of decency, values and norms. This whole thing, despite being laughed off, seems more like a police state, where the police, through corruption and extortion, determine what is allowed and what is not.
