It has now become known that a suspect was soon arrested who would be related to the wave of violence in the south of Thailand. Earlier, the police denied that anyone had been arrested.

On Saturday, a 32-year-old man from Chiang Mai was arrested on an oil platform off the coast of Nakhon Si Thammarat, where he works. He is suspected of arson in Tesco Lotus in Nakhon Si Thammarat, he is also said to have a bomb in his possession. The suspect was clearly visible on camera images shortly before the fire and will be tried by a military court.

Police expect to arrest more suspects. A total of ten suspects are being sought who are held responsible for the thirteen bomb attacks and arson attacks.

Pokemon must attract tourists

The Ministry of Tourism and Sports wants Pokémon Go to attract tourists. That and other plans should compensate for the number of tourists who are now staying away as a result of the bombings. The figurines are placed in popular and safe tourist destinations.

The Ministry will develop an infographic and user guide for Pokemon hunters. The Pokemon package for three days and two nights will cost 10.000 baht. The destination is the North of Thailand, where the Pokémon spots should promote the historical places.

I'm afraid the Pokemon craze will be over by the time that pack is ready and offered.
