From Amsterdam to Bangkok and a transfer to Phnom Penh?
Dear readers,
I want to fly to Phnom Penh in early April. I want to go from Amsterdam to Bangkok and a transfer to Phnom Penh. My question is, is this transfer possible due to covid?

It is permitted under certain conditions - including a pass ticket, prior Covid test and insurance obligation. See, for example, what Lufthansa writes about it:

As far as I know there are flights to Phnom Penh with 'international transfers' via Suvarnabhumi airport.
E.g. KLM

Dear Gerrit, as can be read in other questions/answers: the information you provide is unclear/incomplete
In summary: if you fly with the same airline from ams to bangkok – and with the same airline from bangkok to phnom phen: have it “passed through” in amsterdam. Then there is nothing wrong in bangkok (you will not go through customs)
When there are different companies or (which is also possible in Bangkok) transfer to another airport: you first have to go through customs - and then the Thai regulations on quarantine are automatically mandatory (including Thailand pass etc)

You can book the entire flight – with a stopover in Bangkok – with KLM, but the second part is operated by Bangkok Airways, which is in fact not a skyteam member. If you only have hand luggage it is no problem. Otherwise you run the risk of having to pick up your suitcase behind immigration and check in again, which is not possible at the moment. It is best to inform KLM whether your luggage can be labeled, but I doubt it - I have had negative experiences with that.

I arrived in PP from AMS via BKK a few days ago.
I would buy a (KLM) ticket AMS – PNH, then you will be met in Bangkok when you disembark and taken to the connecting flight.

In Cambodia all of the above + an evisa.
On arrival you still have to fill in a number of forms. And a rapid test is taken at the airport (you don't have to pay or arrange anything for this). If it is negative you can go.
These are the current rules. Keep an eye on changes through the official channels.
