Back to Belgium with Qatar Airlines and the e-PLF form?
Dear readers,
I have been vaccinated 2 times with AstraZeneca, here in Thailand. I am flying back to Belgium with Qatar Airways at the end of February.
Qatar Airlines requires the e-PLF form. Belgium only accepts the e version. I have the paper version, but Belgium no longer accepts it. I try to obtain the e-version, but when I scan the QR code of the yellow form that I received at the vaccination center in Bang Sue Grand Station Bangkok, I get the message that this QR code is not registered. Tried several ways, but in vain...
Does any of the readers have any experience with this and how can I fix it?
Thank you very much for your help!
Regards,
Willy

I am not a specialist but I think you should scan the QR code of the PLF form you want to change and or upload the form. In my opinion, has nothing to do with scanning the QR code of a vaccination center. You don't have to scan anything with regard to vaccinations.
hello, I flew back myself last week with Qatar Airways, but to Paris. No PLF requested, that was probably the reason.
The E-PLF did have before arrival in Belgium.
Form filled in online, with all requested information, and confirmation code received by SMS on Belgian GSM number, this code entered and then the PLF processing continues.
if everything is properly filled in, you will also receive a confirmation by e-mail, which you can print out or save on your mobile phone.
If I understand correctly, you are trying to insert a QR code of a Thai covid vaccination into your Covid-Safe app. I would be very surprised that this will work, perhaps also to make the type of vaccination. If you can't get out, it's best to call the covid assistance lines in Belgium
Success!
You can attach a certificate. This can be done by scanning the QR code or uploading the attachment. I don't really see it right now.
This is also not mandatory
If you add a certificate, various fields of the PLF will be filled in automatically. You can add a certificate by scanning the QR code of your digital corona certificate (DCC) or by uploading the certificate. This is not mandatory: you can also fill in the PLF manually

Dear, I returned 17/1 from Thailand to Belgium with paper PLF. Wasn't a problem.
Should you also have shown a negative PCR or is an ordinary plf form sufficient to fly back to Belgium?
