Reader submission: DigiD via NL embassy works well
Dear readers,
Having read that the Dutch embassy now also functions as a 'desk' for providing the activation code for DigiD, I hurried to Bangkok from Pattaya (by bus at 06.00:9.00 in the morning). I arrived at the embassy just after half past eight and even before XNUMX am I left the embassy again, in possession of the free activation code.
At home it was a piece of cake to log in to DigiD and receive the SMS code. It works perfectly!

unfortunately it didn't work for me. The reason for this is completely unclear to me. After collecting the login code at the embassy, I could no longer log in. The username and password were not recognised, although I'm sure they are correct. At the embassy, the lady said she would make some adjustments, I don't know, but that wouldn't be a problem. Don't complain, just try again.
