Pattaya is growing fast, it sometimes seems that the city is a big construction site. The apartment buildings with condos are flying like mushrooms in the air.
Thousands of construction workers are needed for the construction work in Pattaya. Sometimes it concerns couples who both go to work to earn some money. The work is hard and intensive. Seven days a week and twelve hours a day. These workers and their children live on the construction site in humble huts made of corrugated iron.
The children of these couples are left to fend for themselves and have to fend for themselves. But thanks to a remarkable woman, Tracy Cosgrove, some of these children now have much happier lives and even the chance of an education.

This does something for you. It's that I'm not in Thailand yet otherwise I would definitely help if I lived in Pattaya. Come on people, you don't have to give money but spend some time with them, you will have more than enough. You see what that does. Bring them some food take them to the beach and you will feel good too.

But I've seen this too.
And not in Pattaya .
There where I live in Pasang 45 km south of CM.
My spouse and I have been looking for quite some time, to finally find a good contractor for our new house to be built.
After about , already almost half a year ago we had found someone .
Een jongere Thai , bouwkundig afgestudeerd en maakte naar mijn inziens goed werk .
I then independently looked at some projects that he had made with my spouse.
But what I found out later was that he works entirely with Burmese .
No problem at all for me , they are often better construction workers than the Thai , also have a better mentality in my opinion .
Maar wat ik toen zag en aan deze video doet herrineren .
Was that next to the Burmese construction workers women and men , there were children sleeping and staying daily .
Between the building materials and rubbish , sleeping in a gloomy room , which should become a bathroom one day .
It made me sick then , to be able to see this .
We zoeken daarom nog steeds naar een goede aannemer met een goed hart .
