Monday 5 June in Chiang Mai possibility to apply for a passport, DigiD and sign a life certificate

On Monday 5 June, a consular employee of the Dutch embassy will be in Chiang Mai. On this occasion you can apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and request a DigiD code.
If you are interested, you can register until Monday 29 May at the latest by sending an e-mail to [[email protected]]. State your full name and date of birth and which service you wish to use (application for a passport, ID card, DigiD, or sign a life certificate). You will then receive the time and location of your appointment along with any preparation instructions.
There is a maximum number of registrations for applying for a passport. So make sure you register on time!
